Go to your computer's Control Panel. Then, select Phone and Modem Options. Then, select the Modems tab as outlined in red below:




Click on Add to install a new modem.




You will then be presented with the Add Hardware Wizard. You will need to follow the instructions it gives you to install your modem correctly. It is best to let the Wizard search for the momdem first. Click Next to continue.






After your computer has searched for the modem, click next. Searching for the modem may take several minutes.





Windows has now successfully installed your modem. Click Finish.




You should now see your modem installed in the Modems tab. (Note: Your modem's name may be different from the one below.)
