The following set of instructions will show you how to set up Microsoft Outlook Express.



Start by opening Outlook Express. In Microsoft Windows XP, you should find a shortcut for this by clicking on the Start button. Once you have opened Outlook Express, click on Tools then Accounts as seen below.





You will then be presented with a dialogue. Click the Mail tab.





This starts the wizard which will assist you in setting up your E-mail account in Outlook Express. Start by entering your name as you want it displayed on outgoing e-mails.




Proceed to follow the prompts entering your E-mail account information.




Enter the F1 E-mail server names as shown below.





Then enter your username and password for your e-mail account.




And that's it! You can now start sending and receiving your E-mail using Outlook Express.
